Mt Ommaney Centre is located in the south western corridor of Brisbane. It is approximately 12 kilometres or 20 minutes from the CBD, and is accessed from Dandenong Road and the Centenary Highway.

ShopMobility is a free customer service which provides powered scooters, wheelchairs and other forms of mobility equipment to customers to make shopping easier. ShopMobility equipment can be hired from the Customer Service Centre located near Australia Post at the Kmart entry, or you can book ahead by calling the Customer Service Centre on (07) 3725 8888 or freecall 1800 030 006.

The centre is accessed from public transport to and from Mt Ommaney Centre is via Brisbane City Council buses.

Buses leave to travel to Mt Ommaney from the ground level of the Myer Centre in the CBD.Bus numbers include 101, 103, 104, 106, 433, 445, 450, 453, 454, 455, 456, 457, 458, 459, 460,461.
