Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is Mt Ommaney Centre.
2. Entry in the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The competition will commence on Sunday 9 November 2008 at 10.00am and conclude at 5.30pm Wednesday 19 November 2008.
4. Entry to the competition is open to all persons except employees and contractors of AMP CapitalShopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
5. To enter this promotion, customers must spend $100.00 or more at any Mt Ommaney Centre retailer on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday during the campaign period and then take their completed entry form to the promotion staff located in front of Woolworths or at the Customer Service Centre. One (1) entry form will be accepted for every $100.00 spent at any Mt Ommaney Centre retailer.
6. Receipts can be combined from any Mt Ommaney Centre retailer.
7. Receipts from payment of lay-bys will not be accepted.
8. The prize draws will be conducted as follow:
Thursday 13 November 2008 - 1 x $500 Mt Ommaney Centre gift card.
Thursday 20 November 2008 - 1 x $500 Mt Ommaney Centre gift card.
9. There are two (2) draw sessions in total with two (2) draws in total to be conducted.
10. The first complete entry drawn each draw session will be judged the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into. Each barrel will be cleared after each session of draws.
11. The judge of this promotion is Mt Ommaney Centre and their decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize will be awarded in the form of Mt Ommaney Centre gift vouchers.
13. Total value of prizes to be given away is $1,000.00.
14. The prizes are subject to special conditions and must be claimed on or before 31 December 2008.
15. The gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of printing.
16. All giveaways are stated in Australian dollars.
17. Claiming of the giveaway is consent to use your name, address email and phone for marketing purposes.
18. Proof of identity and purchase is required when claiming the prize.
19. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
20. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the giveaway except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
22. Mt Ommaney Centre is managed by AMP Capital Investors and Mt Ommaney Centre accepts no responsibility or liability for any costs associated with the use of the giveaway other than the ones listed as part of the giveaway.
23. Tax implications may occur from the giveaway. Independent legal advice should be sought.
24. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the giveaway process.
