• Bus Interchange

  If using public transport, there's no better place to shop. Brisbane City Council buses, private buses and interstate coaches operate from the Mt Ommaney Centre bus interchange, located at the north western entrance.

• Customer Service Centre

  Our friendly Customer Service team is happy to assist with store directions, bus and taxi information, Kids Kab hire and lost property. You will also find local newspapers and a free Yellow Cabs taxi phone. The Customer Service Centre is located outside Australia Post.

• Purchase a Gift Card

  A Mt Ommaney Gift Card is the perfect gift! You can purchase a gift card online Click here for details.
  
  
  
  Alternatively you can purchase a Mt Ommaney Gift Card in centre, at our Customer Service Desk, click here for location. Gift Cards of any denomination may be purchased between $10 - $999.

• Heart Foundation Walking

  Heart Foundation Walking is the Heart Foundation's FREE community based group walking program, funded by the State Government through Sport and Recreation Queensland.

  A Justice of the Peace is available at Mt Ommaney Centre so now you can have your documents conveniently signed and witnessed by a J.P. when you need one!

• Parking

  Mt Ommaney Centre offers over 2,000 parking spaces (over 80% undercover) with designated Disabled, ShopMobility and Parent with Prams parking spaces.

  The Disabled are well catered for with specialised Disability parking, wheelchair access ramps and Disabled toilets.

• Telephones

  Telstra public telephones are located adjacent to the rest rooms under centre management opposite Tranquility, as well as at the Kmart Entry and Bus Stop Entrance.

• Parents Rooms

  Mt Ommaney Centre makes shopping with babies and toddlers easier, with convenient, clean and well equipped Parents Rooms. These are located adjacent to Escape Travel, Kmart entry and the Food Terrace. Facilities include change tables, private feeding rooms, lounge chairs, microwaves and children's play areas.

  
  

   

• Internet facilities

  Internet access is available at our internet kiosk outlet Easynet. Charges apply.

• ShopMobility

  ShopMobility is a free service providing powered scooters, wheelchairs, walking frames and other forms of mobility equipment to make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.
  
  
  
  Kids Kabs keep the kids entertained and are available for hire from the Customer Service Centre.
