The ShopMobility program allows our customers complimentary hire of wheelchairs or mobility scooters while visiting the centre.
Equipment is available to be hired out during Customer Service desk hours (see above). To reserve your scooter or wheelchair, please call Customer Service on 3725 8888.
Mt Ommaney provides reserved disability parking, wheelchair access ramps and disabled toilets, which are located at the Food Terrace and adjacent to Michael Hill Jeweller. Disabled car parks are on each level of the Target and Coles multi-deck car parks, outside the Kmart entry and outside the mall entry in the BIG W car park.

Parents with Pram Parking
Pram parking spaces are conveniently provided at most entrances to the centre. 40 convenient undercover spaces are also located right by the Food Court entry on the ground level. Just park and stroll right in.
Parents’ Rooms
Our comfortable parents’ rooms are located near the Kmart entrance, in the corridor behind Michael Hill Jeweller and in the Food Court. They offer multiple feeding rooms, child and adult toilets, nappy changing areas, televisions, play equipment and a microwave. A change table is also available in the amenities next to JB Hi-Fi.
Kids’ Playgrounds
Mt Ommaney’s indoor play area is available for little ones to enjoy, located outside BIG W and Specsavers. Please follow the COVID safety guidelines before visiting the playground. You can find these located at the entrance along with complimentary sanitiser.
Please note, due to maintenance our outdoor play area is currently closed.
A Brisbane City Council community noticeboard is located outside the Kmart entrance to the centre and great for advertising community groups and not-for-profit organisations to promote events and fundraising activities. Please contact the office of Councillor Sarah Hutton if you would like to advertise here.
