The idea for New Farm Confectionery was born on a balcony in France, with a glass of wine in hand, dreaming of a way to bring a lifelong love of sweet treats to Brisbane.
Starting from humble home-kitchen origins, New Farm Confectionery’s sweet wonderland is now renowned for a gourmet, elegant, and contemporary take on classic confectionery… and chocolate.
Behind the scenes of their flagship store, they tirelessly handcraft hoards of honeycomb, endless slabs of chocolate bark, never-ending batches of nougat, mountains of marshmallow, and many other indulgent products that make for both uniquely whimsical gifts and the perfect self-treats.
